Topic: Going to solitary confinement... any ideas?
Hi All

Thinking a lot these days and realise I have accumulated lot of toxicity in being a physical person. As I believe we tend to attract lot of baggage in course of our daily chores and then comes a time to unload most of those, before we can take any step further...

I have now resigned from my job and going into introspection to see what and how to unload. I am going to a pilgrimage later in the month but for now I am going over bangalore to live in my thoughts and do meditation among other things like reading Vedas and revisiting Bhagwat Gita.

Thought of asking friends here, what they do when they have to think and cleanse themselves... Any ideas...?

I will be posting my thoughts on my blog http://www.virtualcitizen.blogspot.com and at http://www.poeticalexperiments.blogspot.com if any one interested, can visit those pages, to connect with me and my thoughts...

Actually..... If you have to clean yourself, stop thinking, that's at least what I try to do when I intend to clean myself.
Thoughts are not a wrong thing according to me. The wrong and polluting thing is not to be able to stop. Like with food or alcohol, sex or whatever addictive thing.

I let go of what is useless, cultivate what is very useful (altruism) and enjoy the bliss of silence without going anywhere special. My solitary confinement comes from within.
The Buddhists say: Renunciation, Bodhichitta and Emptiness is what necessary for the path to enlightenment.
